Moto world is kind enough to let me try the bagster before i thro of buy it, end up cant fit. Well i really give them thumbs up for their services.

 

Anyone out there using Pannier for long trip? Anyone?:confused:

 

I'm using the Bagster Sports sidebags for long trips. Bought them from Motoworld. Been a saviour for my clothes, souveniors, video cam, etc. Pros of the bags are that they do not touch the end cans due to the shape and they do not move about at high speed.

 

However, due to the curvy contour of our rides they may leave a mark at the side of the rear end where the bags are in contact. Not obvious and deep though. The rain cover for the bags are water proof but the Bagster logo imprint will fade at high speed. Just a cosmetic flaw.

 

Otherwise, very convenient and handy for lightweight travelling.

Do what the old timers had been doing...

stick masking tape at the rear section where the bag will rub against. after the touring trip remove the sticky tape. This way yr rear will not be scratched by the bags. :thumb:

There are basically 03 categories; Essential, semi-essential and non-essential. :p

All depends on your goals;

01. High end power

02. G-Force

03. Pick up

04. Braking

05. Handling

06. Aero dynamics

07. Cooling system

08. Weight shaving

09. Just the look for Posting ...

There are a lot money to be spend here but advise to nail down on

number 4 and 5 as main priorities. :cool:
