Brand new black colour adjustable GSXR1300 Hayabusa Rearsets for sale for $279.

Refer to my ebay link. Hayabusa rearsets

I don't mean to pour a cold shoulder on you, we hayabusa riders share information closely and practise transparency. Your price stated properly is USD or even if is Sing dollars 279.00, I can get cheaper than that, plus including fitting labor.

For your further information, I even know who are the importers and manufacturer of this products. Due to trade business etiquette, I will remain to be unspoken.

Sorry if I speak too straight, you can try your luck somewhere else.

I've clocked 6000km from KL and instead of Chiang Mai, I detoured to Mae Sariang-Mae Sot-Umphang alone :)

Here's the pics: http://www.sportreplicas.com/freegallery/m...g2_itemId=11323

Note: Koyo wheel bearing fails me 100 km to Surat Thani and I have to waste one whole day and night to get the parts from Hatyai.

Aiyo ... so serious ... I can never imagine myself clocking such distances.

Change wheel bearings every 30k to ensure a safe ride and inspect all wheel attachments parts at the same time.

I know I kiasu but this is the only way to enjoy a hassle free safe ride.

Hi ! All Bros and siss, apologize that I have been MIA for awhile, failing to meet, organize and answer some questions/posting.

Every year end is absolute chaotic for me. Soon will be over and there will be a few consecutive weekend rides from Feb'07 third weeks onwards. Sepang Trackday, Thailand Rides, Batu Pahat town shopping, Yong Peng makan and Multipules KL Rides to meet our Busa Bros.

For those who are interested, you are welcome to tag along. One important thing … please ... please get your Busa done up ready for road trip. Don't wish to have jinx in the group and making the whole event unpleasant.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Yeah.....but busas still rulez!!!!!!!!!!

BTW the star of the rides among the Thais is the FJR :cheer:

Busa "Rulez Policy" has never been a doubt since 1999. Till date, no other manufacturers cannot deny that setting a Busa standard and beyong has becoming in their bench mark in sport tourer production.

If the new launch of the next Hayabusa is 06 cylinders, our current model will still Rulez for the next 5-6yrs or so.

FJR is a total different breed, they are tourers, not in sport tourers category. Their FC is the same as Busa or if not worst, cruising at speed above 200km/hr.

By far, there is no other bike has a overall good balance reviews like Hayabusa.

I really tot I've changed all the bearings two tyres change ago and swearing the shop for inferior product but after checking my log book...paiseh...only front was changed..so my rear is > 35000km and abused too....paiseh paiseh..my mistake but I get to know surat Thani town better....muah ha ha...

BTW they only managed to get ZZ type bearing and not 2RS....ZZ is steel seals which is only 1/2 lifespan compare to 2RS - double rubber seals type.....so I'm gonna change all the bearings + hub bearing in 15000km time and I've ordered them thru ebay.....

juz test ridden the nE0's 14 from GP Esso to Perling and back...

http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e54/quincy77/DSC01094.jpg

Impressions

Gadgets

many nice gadgets onboard (instantaneous f/c => 1 interesting thing observed at 220+kph when close throttle can yield f/c of 74km/l :cheeky: , voltmeter, etc),

white background of gauges too distracting when riding in the dark (can't see the numbers clearly in a glance)

needs a taller windshield for better wind protection,

Engine

in restricted form, power in lower gears feels lacking (6th gear is the only place where the power can be felt in it's full)

smooth power delivery (smoother than a busa in stock form), the engine feels extremely sensible and low speeds and revs.. you wun have prob lugging it ard town in crawling speeds...

positive gear feel during gear change

Chassis and Brakes

very light handling, neutral feel when bringing the bike into a lean from upright position.

strong, predictable and linear brakes :thumb:

(due to the radial calipers, master cylinder and wavy brakediscs)

this model comes with ABS so there's more nice gadgets onboard ie. ABS ECU under the seat

Miscellaneous

Under the seat contains a tool kit and that pretty much uses up most of the space in the underseat.

will wait for the owner to derestrict it and bring out the power to the full before can comment how it stands up to the busa.

meanwhile, the bike in restricted form, its power shld not be compared directly with a busa as it's totally hiding its full potential (engine power).

but for the handling and brakes, i'll say both have it's strengths, stock to stock, personally i feel that busa handles a bit better than the 14 but the brakes of the 14 is really one of the newer generation bike.. very strong and linear in feel..

bearing in mind that the power isn't the only factor in the equation of a good bike, the ZZR/ZX14 has taken a big positive step forward...

now let's see what Suzuki have installed for the next flagship bike... :goodluck:

There's no replacement for displacement except for a blower

nEO, you done with running in? How much more to go huh.. Much anticipation everywhere u know.

It is when power is wedded to chronic fear that it becomes formidable.

53ccs issn't gonna do much.

Btw, mines the ABS version, so there are like ten times as many hoses running around. The non-abs brakes should be another notch better. :thumb:

But in this kinda weather, the ABS does come in really handy. I can confidently brake over white lines and arrows. Its surprising how much front wheel grip there is even on wet roads, something I've never gotten the courage to try on non-abs bikes.

Strange, many had tested and review that the restriction is at the top gear. It is interesting to see a different opinion thou.. Cant wait to see the un-restricted form. Btw so far there is no de-restrictor for the 14. How is the owner going to bypass it?

Currently at 1700+km.

I think you guys will get answers from Kaieiru and Kiri, cos I'm not the type who goes bouncing off redline in every gear... hee hee

Btw, the Hayabusa with full system is incredibly responsive. I can't believe a 1.3 litre bike can be this revvy.
