How to go about accident reporting and claims?

Hi people, just wondering if any of you know how I can go about making a claim against a car for my motorbike and also which motorshop can I go to to do it for me? my bike is a yahama fazer1 04 model.

 

I called Hong Leong they told me they don't do direct claims but I have to pay first then use the quote to claim. Is that possible? Or where can I bring the bike to and also claim medical claims for myself?

 

My bike is covered 3rd Party insurance and I'm not sure if the shops are willing to do it I called comfort delgro and they told me if I have my own workshop i should bring it there to make the reporting.

 

What happened was, along AYE a car that was knocked by another car from the rear swerved due to the impact and hit me causing me to be thrown off the bike and dislocated my shoulder too, also my bike hit into another vehicle after it was hit.

make a report within 24hrs after the accident..

later u can proceed to shops like asphoon, unique motor to make the necessary repairs.
