Today when i left home, i checked my 2T tank and it seemed pretty full to me.. after travelling 20KM, i realised my 2T light started to light up.. and turned off..... and light up again... That means i'm low on 2T right?

I don't have any 2T oil on hand with me so i'll need to buy it later at the nearest petrol station.. is it safe to travel (with the 2t light one) about 1.6KM to purchase the 2T? will it cause any damage to my bike engine?

still cannot start =(

okay, i tell u the whole story.

Ytd i saw my 2t indicator lighted up, so i bought a 2t when omw home. i refilled it full and went home. i think i spilled some 2t on the wire while pouring the 2t in.

then at nite i was gg out, i was able to start my bike without on-ing choke. then i let it warm up for a while. then when i wanted to move off, my bike died.

After it died, I tried to kick start again, kicked many many times, cannot start. so i on my choke. can start. then when i off my choke again, it died again. then i keep repeating it.

I tired riding around my house carpark with my choke on. then this time i can start my bike without on-ing choke. but when i throttle, the bike died again.

then this morning i went to start my bike again (without choke on) cannot start. on choke can start.

i'm having the exact same problem now... and in page 2 adesmond2's reply was your reply was:

"hmmm... clean up the 2T, turn clockwise to "higher" your idling.. if all failed."

can explain what is meant by clean up the 2t? My idling rpm is currently already 1.5

change your spark plug.. Or go to Planet at paya lebar there and ask them.. :)

sounds like spark plug and carb wrong settings to me.. doesn't seems like 2T issues.. unless you spilled alot of 2T at the battery area?

LOL.. he spilled some 2T on the wire, so I mentioned, clean up the 2T on the wire..

Anyway, on your choke slightly longer to 2~5min.. if move off den just off it after 1min of riding.. your bike wun be damaged.. so don't worry about it.. :)

I got a couple of questions. Hope you guys can help me out.

1. For KR, how to know whether your radiator is working? And should i use Engine Ice for my coolant? Is it really needed? Cause currently my coolant is the one green in colour.

2. I keep hearing this ringing sound from my block area. Is it because my valve is jammed? Or is it something to do with my piston rings? I just changed my piston, piston rings and block.

For the coolant, I was recommended by my mechanic to use the normal one is more than enough. As for the second question, I think you post on the singapore krr 150 facebook group, you will get a faster and accurate analysis from the professional. :)

As below, normal ones is enough.. However, if you have spare cash, use maxima.. Engine Ice is overkill.. (thru I always use it) hahaha..

1) Radiator check.. after you stop, off engine, use your hand to "feel" the heat if it's coming out balance from all over it or just one side.. another way to check is to see your temp meter.. :)

2) Ringing sound has alot of factors, depending on what/where the sound come from.. sometimes it might be piston ring, but most of the time it's your engine clutch bowl.. :)

Yup.. Ps.. I seldom come online during weekends thus not able to answer questions.. :)

yes.. it's a must to open the seat to fill up the 2Ts.. if snap, den i would rather you spend around S$15~S$25 to get it fix, rather than DIY whole day on how exactly to do it.. U need to reconnect the wires by "soldering" or change another wire that's durable..

Btw, the main concern is, has your 2T light comes up? If yes, pls remember to "premix" into your fuel tank for the time being to prevent piston jam.. :)

Hi.how do i convert premix to stock 2t tank?

Get your bike shop to install the parts back. *might be damaged if too long nv used.

oh ya is spoke rims legal?

it's definitely no.. But depends on LTA mood..

So.. dun go change spoke rim.. - easily spoilt also..

I tried push start and all and it won't start however i notice theres petrol coming out from my pipe when i tried to start using the push start method. anyway, now you have start the bike, is it still "spraying" petrol?

there's several reasons for this.

- water went in exhaust

- petrol overflow at carb

- etc(s)

*but dun worry cuz mostly after one ride it will become normal.. :)
