Bro, Just get from the owner who's selling at 24k.. Worth the buy and u can get ur loan from bike prod as well.. Which is how I did it..

Bike prOblrms, range frOm clutch to gear box, to engine leaks.. So that is y the warranty is for. As long as u have a On going warranty den it's no problem. PrOblrms vary from bike to bike. But maybe just my own opinion, dun count on this bike as a daily bike.

Really wished I could've joined the outing tonight - but had a friend from overseas in town so had to entertain him by bringing him out.

After riding on the NSHW, I've realised a few pros and cons on my ride..

 

1) The Rsv4 seems to be shaking after speed exceeds 270km/h - any idea how to stablize it?

 

2) Bike shakes every gear change from 4th gear - feels like tank slapping !!!

 

3) Its still very powerful / 'torquey' even after 280km/h - can't handle

 

4) I hit 288km/hr with gear5 - wonder how much the gear 6 can reach?

 

Nevertheless, it was a superb meet up session with everyone!

I wanna ride up for MotoGP Saturday morning 22nd Oct - but haven't decided on the hotel, etc yet. Ride back down after race. All my friends are neither here nor there - no commitment! I haven't even bought the GP tickets yet!

Class 3 = 02/07/2002

Class 2B = 24/04/2008

Class 2A = 22/12/2009

Class 2 = 10/02/2011

Bro I'm riding up on sat early morning to avoid the traffic and sun, going for 3 days 2 nights, will be coming back on monday after check out. May head to genting on monday first before coming back. GP tixwe'll be buying at Klcc itself. If u keen On the trip need to cOnfirm by 30th sept. And pass me the money. It's about 30 Sgd per night to stay at the service apartment. More secured parking. I'll also be renting a car to drive to sepang for the motogp and back. Let me know who is keen by 30th sept. Drop me a text @ 90666411.

Anyway guys this are the rates for the stay in KL. If any one of you guys want to go on the trip.

 

ok guys room rates for D villa service apartment will be Rm 285 for 4 ppl and addition RM45 for the fifth so total is Rm 330 divided by 5 ppl. so far how many ppl going? pls list down the confirm names again so I can see how many aprtments to book. This is per night charges. we will be staying 2 nights. 10 will be just nice. if not 15 ppl den we can book 3 apartments. faster confirm need to meet up to collect money.

Hi guys, got this bike for about 2 weeks. had my oil change after running in. This morning while on my way to work..ECP jam so my bike gets very hot. i dropped of my gf at her workplace n go get coffee. then as per normal difficult to start when engine is hot. crank afew times on previous days its ok.. but today.. it cant start and Urgent service was prompted on my dashboard. with dsb 08 error on the diagnosis. Nw my bike at Mah Pte Ltd.. mechanic checking the problem. anyone encounter this before? could the cranking problem be the original battery capacity rating which is 8.6Ah? ive read through apriliaforum. some of them change to YT-12A BS( 11Ah) or YTZ-14 S(11.2Ah) for more cranking power while engine is hot. Any recommendations for battery change?

Hmm.. gonna collect my new rsv4 aprc next week and i'm wondering if its a gd idea for me to swap for the bigger batt right b4 i collect the bike...

Do u ride the bike everyday b4 u had this problem? Or is it like seldom ride then got this problem ha?

Geez the few days b4 collecting the bike is simply exciting.. can't wait hahakz..

Though I dun ride my bike frequently, I'm having this cranking problem even after changing to a brand new YT-12 batt.. If u've got some spare cash ard, it's recommended to change ur batt to YTZ-14 (play safe)

Juz collected mi bike few days ago... happeningz bike.. love it love it hehee!!

Changed out da batt to a ytz14 as well to be safe..

Da gearing seems very tall sial.. first gear esp super tall.. u guys change da sprockets to make da gearing slightly shorter?

Its like 1st gear nid to slip da clutch alot to get it moving.. and top gear cruising, rpm very low, so nid to cruise faster hehee...

Was wondering if u guys change the sprockets to different sizes so that easier to move off and cruise a liL higher rpms..

Plannin to do this but was wondering wad sprocket sizes wud haf da best effect.. tink either i'll +2 the rear sprox or -1 the front sprox..hmm..

Well, it depends on what u really want.. For clutch wise, I think u can actually adjust the distance you wanna release easily.. As for cruise, its considered normal if u cruise at very very low rpm when u have to abide the laws.. I usually cruise at 130 - 150km/h.. You can change ur sprockets to your requirements just like what 'slize' did but u'll have to compromise ur top speed..
