Melaka is safer then Jb. Its up to rider....

 

I have never chain my bike before, the most is just a disk lock when i park @ road side.

Question :

It was mentioned in first post that SG Cashcard and M'sia Touch&Go cards are needed for this journey. How much is needed in total for this whole trip for both cards?

And if no card, can pay cash? How much too? Many thanks!

SGD 0.60 in

SGD 0.60 out

Total - SGD1.20 minimum

 

Touch & GO (TAG) required at Malaysia toll

RM 1.60 in (forget liao. Everytime tap nvr see amount)

RM 1.60 out

Total - RM 3.20 minimum

 

E last time i went in & my fren no TAG so he bought a card on spot. RM 25 with RM 20 value. Forgot wats e card deposit value already. Dun think can pay cash for toll already.

 

If anyone got a diff experience, perhaps can share it here...

Nvr tried passing of cards though. Might or might not work. Can try also but try not to cause inconvenience to others. Just a gentle courtesy.

 

But if you frequent passing by 2nd link den might as well get a card of ur own. Topping up can be done by any petrol kiosk or Ayer Keroh overpass. In any case the experiment fails, pls do standby funds to purchase a new card... :thumb:

I only ride in M'sia when there is an SBF outing. That's like 1-2 times in a year for me. Anyone can share with me your T&C card? Kobesingh? I pay you in ringgit :cheeky:

den card deposit is 10RM & value is 10Rm lor. i bought mine at JB petrol kiosk. Straight put in 50RM value cos each time top up - 0.50RM. Ayer Keroh top up is free at the overpass.

 

Yes can top up at Petrol kiosk

*Disclaimer* not all petrol kiosk is can top up. I only know of JB Esso tat helps me do topping up

Question again. At the counters where we are supposed to tap the

Touch & Go cards... if cards cannot be shared, can I buy a card on the spot? I also don't want to embarass myself and jam up the whole group! :cheeky:

yes.. u can buy a new touch and go card at the spot.. there is always a person manning the last counter of the toll station.. just go and buy from him.. 20 rm per card with 10 rm value
