the rest i will let the pics do the talking

 

this bike has 2 mode, normal riding with a DIY pillion seat that fit givi base plate, so u can pillion ur partner or friends like normal bike.

 

the other mode is u can take out the pillion seat and put a box on the pillion area as there is a givi base plate fix on a metal rack.

with this mode u can go touring and have enough storage space for ur barang barang.

 

the top speed i ever tried so far is 146 +/- 1 on actual speed as i am using KOSO meter and it run on magnet sensor.

FC i can get is about 20km/L(my riding style is quite hard )

 

eh most mod i DIY myself, so installation cost is cut down to very little.

taillight, headlight, 2 projector lens, pillion/rear box mod all done by myself..

1 projector lens is fit with HID and the other is normal 5k H3 bulb.

 

date of mod i cant remember... the saddle bag is a few days old.. haha..

from front, alien headlight with 2 projector lens on top to shine in NSHW as my bike dun have any other bulb so i need this 2. my bike has quite alot of LED, so therefore there is also alot of wires, if the new owner do not like so much LED i will clean it up removing all of them, touch up the wires b4 hand over to new owner.

 

a DIY windshield bought from chiong aik and heated it up to bend so it fit into the alien headlight, its stick with tinted red sticker on the top so it will be so easy to through into the back of the meter as there are quite many wires behind.

 

come to the meter, its a KOSO RX1N, brand new will cost around 900RM @ ah gua lane

white back light, and a voltmeter beside it.

 

tank and front fender is of same paintwork, bought from ah koon, rear fender i nvr buy as it will not suit my way of mods, the rear fender will be pointing out, but i wanted it short and sharp at the end so i nvr install. the fender is @ ah koon, if u like u can buy it and fix(price u cover)

 

on the right side of the bike, below the ignition keyhole there is a DIY bag, done @ eugene saddlery to keep my HID relay wires. the shape it design to fit into the open area, like a L shape

 

towards the back, the rider seat is cutted from a stock seat, keeping the front only.

its rewrap in red and white, and secured by the 2 stock screw to the frame.

the pillion area is fitted with a metal rack, on top is a givi base plate.

this is the part where i am most proud of this bike.

as i am single, no gf so i DIY it to be able to fit a box w/o having to spoil the look of a phantom by fixing a rear back rack.

of coz, i did consider pillioning friends, so i also DIY a pillion seat that is able to fit onto the givi base plate, its a wooden plank, i ask my father to cut it out the shape for me @ his workplace( so its FOC, haha), den i went to eugene saddlery to get it wrapped up with sponge and seat cover @ $40 ^^(good deal) and it ended up like a ducati seat(loved it) LOL

 

the tailight its imported from thailand by ah koon, its a honda click(scooter) LED taillight.

its fix to the bike by cable ties now as previously i use screws and nuts, it crack the hole of the taillight so i replace with cable ties, no worries it wun fly of while riding, tested and proven @ the speed of 146km/hr

 

lastly is the saddle bag, i jus changed my old white snake saddle bag with this red crocodile skin with white flame design. its sitting on a side box rack(from ah koon, cost $180) to provide the best support to the bag so u can carry heavy stuff inside w/o having to worry that it will shack. this rack also act as a rear crash bar

 

at the exhaust outlet i add a alu plate to reflect the exhaust gas so the 2T will not dirty the bags, its a bit ugly la but i dun wan to dirty my bag so i dun care.

the rear spocket size had been reduced to 39T from the stock spocket of 42T, currently still asking ah koon whether can help me find even smaller spocket so can achieved a higher top speed. the chain is supported by a DIY chain tensioner, fix @ ah koon. so far i only tighten it once 2 days ago after riding it for almost 1 year, about 10months.

its a plus plus to have this tensioner as phantom is a bike to have loose chain easily.

oh i also overhual it(change piston) @ ah chong but i cant reali remember when, should be end of last year or early this year...

 

so this is roughly all the mods i have done.
