agency interviews mostly waste time wan.. they wan to see u first before they send in ur resume to their clients.

Then again there are sme agencies who send in ur resume first then if u r shortlisted they will ask to see u first before they send u to their client.

 

In another words.. more troublesome then sending resumes to the hiring company itself.
