Road trip into Malaysia; Tioman & Cameron Highland

Hi Guys,

I would really appreciate your advice given for my upcoming trip as information on the net seems pretty limited.

1.I will be embarking on the trip for this month end via driving. The suggested driving route towards Tanjong Gemok Terminal would be through NS highway from 2nd Link, towards Ayer Hitam then and Mersing. Any better suggestions on this?

2. The plan is to snorkel only. It will be good to know what time does snorkeling trips start and which org to approach since we aren't taking up any bundled package from resorts.

3. Since we ain't staying overnight at Tioman, we will leave for mainland latest by the last ferry. I reckon snorkeling shouldn't end too late?

4. Upon leaving Tanjong Gemok Terminal, we will head to Cameron Highland. Good route to recommend?
