Is it an offence if a car is travelling on the road and he press the button to spray water on the windscreen?

 

I kanna countless time of such thing. Riding behind the car and he just spray dirty water like that. Never even bother to look at rear mirror first.

suck thumb situation. i also kenna many time. as long as ur visor down, shouldnt be too much of a problem. can still see and ride normally. but only thing is kenna abit of the dirty water lo..

I encountered a Malaysian car whose sprays were deliberately altered to fire OVER the roof at quite a high velocity. I had fun dueling the fellow dodging the sprays lol!

i use to have a friend.

He rode a pgm with a water bottle stuck near his coolant cap there.

When such situation happens being the driver is trying to b funni or not.

he jus go infront of the car n smash the bottle at the car den he speed of.

I know its hard to believe.

 

That time there was this lady driving a eg6 sprayed him some water.

he went beside the lady and point the magical finger at her.

the lady wind down her window and started scolding.

den he threw his bottle in. lol

and i swear that was the most hilarious moment eva.

it is not an offence to clean their windscreen on the move,but it's more like to be considerate of other road users when doing this...esp when there is a oncoming bike behind
