what is the procedures when getting a bike from someone at forum? how do i transfer ownership and also for the insurance. thanks

alright thanks... but the sin ming insurance has ntuc one? apparently ntuc one is cheaper

I believe there are a few counters, and yes one of them is NTUC

Oh and i agree on NTUC being the cheapest. Plus you can renew road tax at the same time with them. Good stuff!
