i'll let you try mine next time so you can judge better when you source for one.

 

swiss army knife and penknife only good if you cant find anything else. they dont cut well enuff for big ring gauge.

 

a good cigar cutter still cuts the cleanest. Punches only good for round cap cigars, cant do piramides.

 

con divan sells quite a selection as well as Bluebells (davidoff) and Oaks and La Casa Cubana.

 

Palio is a very famous cigar cutter but i find that it is way overhyped and cost about $80 (plastic).

Sorry for the late reply guys as been very busy with work lately.

Managed to do the Magnum 46 on Sunday at the Crazy Elephant at Clarke Quay. Sev and Nightstalker>> it's good... don't hesitate!

 

So are you guys meeting on Wednesday or Thursday? I should be free on Wednesday as will be going for drinks around 11plus. Not certain about Thursday yet.

I note that the P2 recently are either going into resting periods or the blends have become second quality already. Oh No..........

 

if everyone is doing P2 then I will do P2 as well instead of the big Lusi.

 

we have a P2 tasting session. to compare blends from different boxes and storage conditions.

my noting on the P2 is through my own experience but it is absolutely not neceesarily accurate at all. My taste experience was excellent for the first box dtd Mar 05 and then good for the second box dtd May 05 and satisfactory for the latest box dtd July 05.

 

how about someone els's experience?
