Guys, thanks for coming over. I had lots of fun. And strangely, my sore throat got better this morning!

BTW, I've ordered the Lusitanias already. Will let you guys know when I get my hands on them. For the record, it's 5 each for Sev, Throttle and Nightstalker, leaving 10 for me. Price is slightly less than S$20 per stick.

TheSquid, no problem. We can always meet up next time.

lookin forward to gettin my hands on the lusitania. it'll be my first dbl corona. wonder if im up to it. hehe...

first double corona and it's already a Lusitania....

The Lusi is not that powerful or strong but hopefully your taste buds dont die at the end, since it is quite a long smoke. Many people go for the Hoyo as their first DC as it is lighter. However, i gaurantee that you will not be disappointed with the fine construction, lovely aroma, slightly sweet coffee, cinnamon wood flavors of the Lusitania. Complex tastes.

After this, try the Ramon Allones Gigantes. Great tasting and nice smelling but low score on complexity.

Anyone wanna break a box of Hoyo Epicure No. 2?

I haven't had an Epicure No. 2 for ages. Can't even remember how it tastes like. I wouldn't mind getting one to "taste" first before deciding if I want to keep some.

OK Let me see if I'll get it at all.

Anyway, dont worry about committing, guys.

I just want to know the rough numbers.

If not, I 'll take all, no problem.

Cheers

OK I'll try to get it by Friday.

The Hoyo Epicure is another flagship cigar from the Hoyo range,

It is medium to light but ages very well into a caramellic tasting cigar.

A little bit perfumery in the aroma, the robusto size cigar exhibits herbal tanginess and hints of cedar and sandalwood. Unlike the Partagas, little coffee , chocolatey flavors will be experienced if any at all. The Epicure No. 2 can taste quite meaty. The finish is medium short and medium bodied. USed to be my regular robusto.

I've never fancied the Epicure No. 2 despite generally good reviews about the cigar. But then again, I had it so long ago and my tastes could have changed by now.

Davidoff cigars are not cheap at all, unless he is buying cigarillos.

About $35 for a robusto.
