MACS: for Thailand travelers

anyone here applied MACS already? i got a question...

 

MACS is only applicable for link 1 (causeway) and link 2 (tuas) but not for sadao border...

 

question comes, when u wan to go up north into Thailand, do u still need to prepare white card at johor border and get them stamp and exit at sadao border?

 

any advice?

The macs is usage between singapore & jb only as going out of malaysia u don have to fill in any white card as the white card is only for entering malaysia however when leaving thai & entering malaysia u HAVE to fill in the white card.

 

Take note : make sure they chop ur passport before leaving malaysia

hmmm... ok... let me get this right...

 

if i have MACS, if i exit SG and enters JB and exit JB and enters SG, i dun need white card... this is correct...

 

i also understand that if i exit Sadao and enters Bukit Kayu Hitam, i need white card...

 

but if i exit SG and enters JB and exit Bukit Kayu Hitam and enters Sadao, do i need white card at JB and get it chopped?

i'm afraid that when i reach Bukit Kayu Hitam, will the immigration ask where is my white card?

 

hope i'm not creating more confusion... hehehe...

i test market liao. if you are heading to Thailand with MACs. please fill in white card and chop at Johor. Otherwise you may be u-turned at Sadao
