Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

fender eliminator is definitely illegal.

Bro, just get a piece of long long plastic (Seen the "no kiss" mudflap on some uncle's S4?) Paste it under your no. plate. And sure to pass inspection. I do that all the time. Even for some bike shops, they do that too. After the inspection, just take it out, and keep it for the next inspection.

FYI, I took a piece of flimsy file (Black colour) that we all use during pri/sec sch. Cut the rear piece to a rectangular shape and then use duct tape or whatever tape that u like to paste it to the no. plate. as long as it doesn't fall off, it will help to pass the inspection. Sure work!
