hi all.. i make my payment for renew of road tax at one motoring website but they didnt show up the receipt and my bank deduct the amount already.. then i log back in but the website still show me my rd tax expired 9 dec.. any 1 noes where the transaction was successful anot since i already pay and got record in the bank transaction but nv received the receipt screen on one motoring?

you sure abt the expiry date YEAR???

 

if deducted will be safe... cos i renew every year online so far never had problems...in few days time will receive yr road tax disc by post

ya cfm.. i call lta customer service they tell me not successful then ask me call my bank customer service. i do so then bank told me transaction successfully deducted then ask me call back lta.. did so too told them wad the bank tell me then lta say will file in a report for my case.. so in the end my rd tax not renew and i spent $40 + the lta customer service was not friendly at all..zzz

Similar to my case also... but mine was about summon...

 

received hdb summon on 06 Dec, paid on 08 Dec via enets. Check hdb website...still show that i got oustanding summon.. check with bank, amount confirm deducted.. End up got to call hdb and email them to ask them to check thoroughly. Finally they infd that they will be looking into the matter. the summon thingy will be "suspended" so that i wont get any reminder...etc

 

Finally on 22 Dec, HDb call up again and said that the amount for the summon went through... Reason being that there was some upgrading from the bank's side... as such the delay...

 

think maybe ur one also simliarily affected? must call lta again or email them, as got black and white, cover urself first...hope by now lta have already "received" the payment loh...
