I remember in late 90s my COE for a brand new bike was like $3000.

 

So $1.5k now is really cheap. nothing to grumble about.

Is it true that a motorcycle's COE once scraped will goes to the open category?

If yes, then there should be a open category just for bikes and not together with cars now.

YOG over budget and they giving out $9000 to ns men, should know their pattern, if they are giving $$$ they will take it back one way or another 10 fold 20 fold or 100 fold

Well, in Singapore, you have to be a good citizen. Anything the government says is absolute. There are Genius who advises and ultimately decisions are made.

In singapore you don't have the right of speech, so everything you says or typed in the net, please be aware of your contents. Because they are watching you. lol

COE goes up, you LL have to pay too if you are getting new vehicle. Not happy? take bus and train lor. Then again, fares keep increasing too. haha

Not happy with train and buses? bicycle might be a good option. Maybe next time bicycle and rollerblade requires COE too lol.

But they wouldn't start so fast..They will go step by step.

1. bicycle & rollerblabe user need to take course & test, renew license yearly

 

2. Seller need to apply license, renew yearly

 

3. All bicycle & rollerblabe need to tested by authority

 

If like this still too many bicycle or rollerblabe than got reasons to kick in COE...
