Mine is the DCT Vers. =)

Pretty Fantastic on the road, there's 3 modes to choose from:

1) Drive Mode

2) Sports Mode

3) Manual Mode

Different mode fits differently on your choice and perferance, only thing is it's trottle response is pretty sensitive. =)

Bro, I finally got it! :cheeky:

Bros .. planning to get a VFR1200 (manual) .. but was informed that only year of manufacture 2010 available now .. ONR $34k. You think this batch is affected by the recall about metal shavings in the engine? Compared to the Fazer, im jus a bit concrened about the riding posture .. will it be too sports-like? Your views appreciated.

it has been months since yr 2010, so far so good. no shavings.... just smiling. :)

if you are concerned abt the riding posture, then this bike is not for you.

but if you are a sports person who enjoys touring w wife/gf/buddies & fuelled by e adrenaline of a sportsbike, then this is for you. because this innocent looking bike is no hellboy, it's actually an angel in disguise. it's deceptively fast. you're always going faster than you think you are. you have to ride it to understand it.

Your views appreciated.

have a nice day & enjoy your ride!:thumb:

I so agree to this. I use to ride a '03 CBR 600 but always got left behind by my friends who are on Higher capacity bikes when we ride up North.

The posture on this bike is slighty more relaxed to a sports bike..

Anyway, anyone here bought Panniers from Boon Siew or ebay?

Or anyone willing to let go their panniers?

Ride with me..

Tks bro ... sat on it a few times and then tried the Fazer again. Seems like I am able to cope with the VFR's posture. Not as upright as my Fazer but surely not as bad as other sports bikes like the Hayabusa.

Looks like I may get the manual gear either white or dark grey.

Is there any local dealer for this pipe?

Dudes, Leo Vince Pipe power wor.

Haha... =) attached my CF pipe last month it's sooooooo light, compaired to the stock one. Well been riding the DCT around town due to work, most of the time I switch on the sport mode give u better response and great power.

This bike saved me couple of time due to the ABS I am extermly glad to add on an ABS riding experenice. Those out there who are deciding if this is the ride, this ride is not for the faint hearted =)

I really wonder how does the pricing of bikes here being decided. In UK VFR1200F going for 11475pounds here its S$36000. Super Tenere is 13K pounds but here its 27K.... hmmmmmm.... like this, how to predict what new model prices going to be?
