Got 2 summons for travelling at road shoulder

basket, after seeing this i fear going on road shoulder already sia, got jam usu i chiong at road shoulder till cannot go anymore then go back to the eway lane coz sometime accident jams are damn slow and freaking hell some drivers see got hole just whack into it already those 2nd lane to 1st lane kinds

nowadays travelling on road shoulder need not be tp stop u...they use the traffic cameras on the lamp posts as evidence to summon offenders...is see u heng or sway only..

anyway is there any standard format to follow when u you are doing write-in for waiver not? plus i think bikes, very hard to find excuse that u are riding on road shoulder.
