bro.. it might due to corrosion or something... better take it out and let it dry fast.... mine was having the same problem after ride in the rain to KL, for 2 - 3 weeks and i jus dun bother to open up tat time.... when i got time then i disassamble see all corroded and cant help anymore.. act fast good luck :thumb:

HELP GUYS!!! My bike ran over a large rock yesterday. I didn't see it up ahead coz there's a car in front of me. I was travelling around 70-80km/h.

Suddenly I saw this rock coming from underneath the car and wham, my bike was airborne. It was hard trying to keep the bike under control as it slammed the road, the rear fishtailed violently. I stopped by the road side and examined my bike. Found out that the front rim was bent. Luckily the tyre did not go "poof". or I would've crashed.

 

SO how much would getting a the rim pressed back to shape costs? Is there anyone/shop selling 2nd hand rims?

yeah, using maxxis as well... it felt very different after 2 weeks from installation. then dunno whether i got the correct pressure not. front 34 back 38.

 

hmmm when first bought, the bike will flick nicely, now it's seems like no grip.

 

 

 

i using super maxxis

 

 

try to decrease the pressure, or maybe its not pressure, maybe the suspension. the tires work best in super hot conditions, but super slippery when wet/cold..

Last time when i machine compress back my pgm 4 front rims, was charge $80..

 

But the part on that part would be like sandy cos of the heating needed before they press back..
