BTW Merrie XMAS fellow gixxers! Too bad can't enjoy the holiday tml. Working OT. No choice have to work cos the double pay i'm getting should prove useful for the aftermarket pipe and Gipro that i'm getting...

he traded in his 05 R1 for the k4 600 same time as i did..

september 07..

I know his financial won't allow him to change bike anytime soon..

unless the shop help him do 1 to 1..

Some people measure their adventures in miles or days. I prefer "lamp posts".

know him also like that... no matter what, a life is gone and on track, i don't think you can sue or claim his insurance

 

 

You cant claim his motor vehicle insurance and PG is also indemnified when you signed the small piece of paper in front of the cute reception awek.

 

The only way is to sue and let the courts decide. Maybe under criminal negligence eh? o_O Any Law Graduates here?
