Most probably not. Saturday I've got to report for work at 7am. I've never brought along my mrs to bike outings. She anti my bike outings cos those take me away from the family. Besides with her around, my friends can't really enjoy and be themselves. The atmosphere suddenly becomes rather tense and all will be on their best behaviour. Been there, done that so I've learnt my lesson well. When on bike outings with bros, no wife allowed. :nono: :cheer:

:btw: metastasis bringing you all to Arab Street cos want to go KGC (Kampong Glam Cafe) or what? Joint hangout session with the PG track 'Hero Kampongz' MSR racers who always chill out there??? :cheeky:

best brand = expensive brand..

But i see that most brand have about the same price range.. Like fully syn will cost between 20-25bux.. So i guess different rider will have diff preferences..

 

A normal change consist of 3btl engine oil + 1 oil filter right..?

Besides motul what is the common brand??

u can try silkolene too.. fully ester based race oil.. similar to motul.. slightly cheaper i think..

Yes bro, to KGC. The place is open to all. Vespas, Goldwings amd Harleys also hang out there. Plus I believe not many Gixxers been there before rite.

Ah ok.. So we have the usual favourites like motul, maxima and fuch silkolene..

I think its time i change mine.. I dunno what oil the previous owner use.. I look at the small round window and its clear.. Maybe no more oil.. Haha..

 

Semi-synthetic is most unadvisable to use right..?

For a bike of R1 calibre, best to use fully synthetic oil. :btw: Tyrael is right. If your bike is on sidestand, you won't be able to see the EO. Upright the bike and you'll see the level of EO and its colour... :)
