if not, i get r6'06 more practical?

 

New R6 is a screamer. Good for the track. Bad for the roads. U need to ramp up the revs to get any accel.

 

Definitely not a road friendly bike. What you want is something with more punch in the middle so you can overtake traffic without having to downshift.

 

The older R6 was still OK. The new one needs a lot of work on the road, but it's a fantastic track tool.

 

Take the One if you intend to use it more for transport.

 

..... And if you wanna put a matching color Givi box on it. Then take the Other One. :D FZ One. :p

And best is to take out the whole assemable for the servo. If i remember correctly it the wire in black/brown colour. Anyway if you buy a first hand after market exhuast,it will have a manual for you to read, and it will tell you which wire to plug out. If you dun have , check gixxer.com someone there had already post how to take out the wire to prevent the FI light.

Red is also my favourite colour. Besides, my previous two GSXR400s were blue so R1's turn to be red. Next bike will definitely be blue again... :thumb:

Steady la. Track suit. Use the bike as it was meant to be used. :thumb:

 

Don't forget to get yourself a pair of Michelin Power Race 2CTs, 120/70 front and 190/55 rears too. You won't enjoy yourself much out there if those set of road tyres don't give you the required grip and confidence.
