hi guys... i hope any of u can answer my question.

 

are the older models of R1s in yr 2002 ago reliable? even when their mileage has hit almost 100,000km. still good to go?

are the older models of R1s in yr 2002 ago reliable? even when their mileage has hit almost 100,000km. still good to go?

My 02 R1 still in good condition and mileage 90K plus liao. If you are a bike poser and ride like a p.ussy like me, SHOULD still be good to go... :lol:

Actually I have a Factory Pro Star Kit, designed to eliminate missed gear & ensure smoother gear-shift... I haven't had the time to fix yet, so I might need a test dummy to tell me what it feels like. :cheeky:

This TPS in the gixxer is different from R1. Wont really cause the bike to stall while riding, and is very easy slove by adjusting the TPS in the dealer moods.

Bro, I tink wat WW means is that the TPS needs to be adjusted from time to time, not as in its 'affected for all bikes'.

 

Btw, since you've got your K8, if you wanna get the Factory Pro V-stacks, be sure to PM. I can put it together with your container when they ship your bike out :cool:
