some people actually get to seng kwang shop to have it cut and install the bolt on making it shorter.

I heard about it. $80 am I right? I have some issue about this

1st where is this shop located?

2nd will it affect the performance of the pipe? After all this pipes are all done by experts from those brand R&D teams. I mean if cutting the pipe means better performance I dun mind but if it makes the performance worst I dun think it worth it coz full system ain't cheap hahaha.

3rd I understand Suzuki have a good record with Yoshi brand, and I know there are other brands like Leovince, Arrow and Akropovic, each brands got their own diff models, love to hear some feedback. Maybe even view those pipes.

Leave the racing in the track

hey guys, finally settled on getting my k7. yet still not too sure what to do much. hehe

firstly, tyres. what type is most reccomended?

what pressure is reccomended? currently using Michellin Roadtec.

where best value for money for servicing?

what type of servicing usually done?

exhaust tend to get very hot, so wondering if change to aftermarket will be cooler? true/false?

previous bike was s4 lah, so very new to ferring bikes. still shaky when riding on roads, but notice when on highway, very smooth.

appreciate the help in advance.

if anyone see me on road, give chance abit. newbie alert.:o

1st Ans:

SENG KWANG METAL INDUSTRIAL CO

10 ANG MO KIO IND PK 2A

#05-31

Singapore 568047

William Lee

2nd Ans: Whethers it's legal or not, i cant comment. Although Seng Kwang calls themself exhaust specialist, dont expect him to speak like a Yoshimura or Akrapovic R&D guys if you get what i mean.Performance wise cant compare unless u have 2 exhaust of the same make & model, 1 mod 1 unmod to compare on the same bike on dyno charts.

3rd Ans: Yoshimura is good for Suzuki but the race exhaust. Not street legal kinds.Street legals, some other brands would have better gain than Yoshimura. By the way, Suzuki in WSBK is using Arrows. Was using a akra titanium on my k4 600 last time, never regretted the amount i paid for the built and quality..

Everytime i bump into u, it's either at the shop or at Harbourfront smoking point...
