hi guys, I'd just gotten my k4 600 last dec, so relatively new to it.

ever since, i have this problem when moving off, the power is abit sluggish, and the power only comes after a lag.

I tried throttle alittle more when moving off, but still sluggish.

initially, I thought it's my riding technique, but after riding for over a few month, I'm still encountering this problem.

last month, i sent it bikeshop, they recommended to change the clutch cable as the cable is worn, didn't really improve.

any idea what's wrong with it?

A number of factor can cause those problem.

 

1. Airfilter - dirty either change or if aftermarket get it clean.

2. spark plug - fouled

3. spark plug coil - foul or wear n tear

4. clutch plates - wear n tear..cant engage properly.

5. injector clog - no due to dirty tank but..alamk how to explain..here is a link to help you understand and also a youtube link or before n after injectors are clean.

bro, clean your air filter. And also have to open and check your clutch plates as well. Quite a number of things have to be checked. Do a thorough check on your clutches since u already changed your cable.

 

or maybe lend me your bike i clear carbon for you at 2nd link...lol..kidding.:faint:

yo bro.... for voltage wise i tink ur battery cannot hold charge... try check out wif multimeter.... tat should help u to get the accurate reading....

Hi bros.... hope u don't mind me posting some items for sale here... more targeted audience... bot this to retrofit onto my year2000 SRAD750 but have since sold the bike... wife object to me riding :-(

 

Have a few GSX-R stuff to clear...

 

2002 GSX-1000R speedo... mileage on the speedo is about 8,000km

Bought this to retrofit (got the wiring diag for SRAD bros... if u wanna do this project) to my SRAD... never got around to do it...sold bike

asking $300

asking $480... new is about $900

This is a working spare.... original condition... bike was sold with the other CDI which was Teka (flash) tuned

for ya fork its wear n tear,coz ma bikey onli 1yr plus leaking liao,c how u ride bro,i mean e previous owner ride it...
