I was ask of this question a few years ago by a friend which leaves me without an answer to reply.

A) Fully Syn/Ester EO change every 5000km

or

B) Semi Syn EO change every 3000km

Non track kind of riding..Just normal everyday commuting..

Guess using sometin that is more mind resting for each is the key.

haha yeah i'm still on stock chain.. kns i cover my bike already the chain will still turn rusty. n also my front brake disc..

the rain cover is quite useless.. :sian:

hmm maybe nxt time when this stock chain gets old then switch to a less rust-prone chain then!

sama sama

if i were 2 buy grese and wear a glove to rub greese on my chain is it recomented? cux i heard the greese will all stuck at the front spocket.

grease does not penetrate into the o-rings...

the best is to use oil... but prepare for the mess!

anyone know where to get the bolts for the seat? i misplaced mine... =(

Do u have an example of it??

If have, just bring it to the hardware shop which specialise in screws to see if they have a similar one..Stainless steel and very cheap..It's located on the row of shops behind the coffeeshop opp LAB..

And i dun think they open on weekends..

leaving the FI light unattended might shadow u from knowing if u have other FI errors needing attention.

it is best to run ur bike thru the gears when setting up ur gipro. it helps ur gipro to detect ur bike gear behaviour better. u'll need a rear stand to set it up easier.
