anyone riding 750's here? there is no fuel gauge right, is it a problem?

Not a big problem. I believe Suzuki bike doesnt have a fuel gauge from 07 models onwards. Not sure about older models but you just need to gauge around what is the distance you can travel before your reserve fuel light starts to blink.

If i not wrong, it should be about 220km before reserve. More or less (Estimate)

Ok.. So i'm correct to say that most Suzuki Models do not have fuel Gauge. Doesnt matter. All you have to do is to keep all lookout on ur mileage. When the reserve light started to blink, that means your full tank before reserve can travel 'X' km.....

ah... EEYUP.. :cheeky:... but when my fuel hit reserve it lights up but doesn't blink.. may be near empty then it blinks but not so sure coz never been there yet :lol:... donno how far it can go 30.. 40.. maybe 50km...

for me k7 600 i can go 200km thn reserve.

14.5 liter oil tank.

reserve= 3.5liter

14.5-3.5=11liter

11liter=200km

1liter = 18km

therefore 3.5 liter can still tahan for 3.5*18=60km

give urself -20km allowance incase ur bike is more hungry during reserve.

actually tire pressure and chain to me is the most important and basic to care for ur fuel efficiency and the smoothness of ur bike.

dun think so, u pump 16.5 liter b4? cux i did try to go till empty tank and the maximum i can squeeze is only 15.7liter but that is really squezze. so i assume manufacture design to be 14.5 liter

Normally when the reserve light started to blink, it means the bike are in the reserve tank which should last you for another 50km - 60km. when the reserve light stays, that mean within 10km , you have to locate the nearest petrol station within your might to fill up your tank

I think empty means totally empty and not even a single drop of petrol should be found in the fuel tank.

If you pump with your bike in straight stationary position as in the rider siting on the bike i believe you will pump more than 16 litre of petrol...

i pump 16.7L b4 :lol: Close shave i suppose.

My friends pushed his CBR6 from inside of malaysia custom all the way to jb shell b4.

Imagine from the place where you get ur passport chop till the first shell?

All those slopes and those malaysia motoGP racers trying to get home.

I stopped in shell and was wondering y is he taking so long.

Walked back and help him pushed up.

Worse of all, CBR is the only sport bike that has a fuel meter. :faint::faint:
