X ring chain last longer. Cos it can conseal chain lube and thus lubricates the chain and this will help to bring down the wear rate. But in terms of performance, original chain will still give better performance!

My experience when I'm riding scrambler is that the aluminniun really wears much faster than the steel.

Take note of the sub frame (tail) and end can. Dunno why this bike had a high tendacy of subframe bent in the event of accident. Also take note if the original end can is very close to the swing arm or not. And check the headlight tab if it is broken or not. Just some of the sign to see if the bike had been into serious accident or not.

i think should not be a problem. My shoei also not psb approved, but it snell approved.

Ya, mine also not approved. The term is written just to cover all the loophole.. it a standard procedure. They won't stop you from joining. But if there is an accident involve, it is their way of saying it not their problem.
