ya clearer

so for my case r1 04, by right no need to modify thingy one.. consider no-cut? which one should i get?

The R1 model 04-06 requires no modifiing of fairings. So there's no n0-cut version.

But the slider comes with slight modification so that u dun have to mod fairings.

some pics..

wah bro u just challenged us with the "question of the year"

Reason being if we ask u to get example A's bike, then B will not be happy and may come after us like pushing off a parking bike, kenna hack while eating at coffeeshop, bike on fire for no reason, bike decorated with other forms of design, paint work or artistic lines :giddy:

But then again, we still take the risk to tell u. So u decide

dun wory lah, both guys r gentlemen!!!

still haven heard of any ang mo expat hacking ppl in SG..:cheeky:

anyway, were u one of the guys helping me to check the bike yest??

thanks lot man... tot it was a bit steep.. at least got piece of mind, after consultation wif u guys..dun mind pay a bit more for a problem bike.. rather than paying market rate price with a questionable bike!!! dun u agree....

Ride safe, or else urs will be the one I'm looking at, at work!!!!

no mah... dunno whether will affect the wind resistance all those anot..

The longer the slider the more bueh zai the rider?? ehem..ehem..wat do you think the slider is used for?? LOL..

If you want to show u more eh zai..use the knee to drag the tarmac when u corner. the slider is not use to drag when cornering its used to prevent ur bike from being damage further in case u 'buang' while dragging ur knee during corner..

hi, excuse me if i'm too straight-forward, given the info of the choices between the 2 bikes, it still comes down to which want do u think is better, cause both mileage are bout the same except for the owner and bikeshops they went, and i didn't see the condition and test the bike, you get the chance to do so. so think it's kinda of unfair to the 2 owners, can't help you decide. either way, you are the rider, rite? haha.

hi blade17fire, how about the clutch housing slider? Do u bring in those longer ones that the current market?

sorry to ask..hw long is the current market selling? Mine is still 4" measuring from the frame. It comes with the clutch slider, slider bolt and the swingarm axle replacement nut. Slightly more expensive because of the additional swingarm replacement nut. Cost ard $65 for 10 pcs(mass order) and $60 for 20 pcs(mass order) Dun worry, the clutch slider order can mix together with the extended slider mass order.

If u're interested PM me..So that I can write ur name down 1st before everything becomes official..

hi bro, don't think the intend buyer has the chance to test ride the bike. Cause there is no insurance coverage for him, even in a car park alone. If any TP or ROV officer comes in, its a goner for the buyer and seller's license.

But judging from the bike's condition and its engine, verify by quite a no of people, it was then where we advise him

But u are right as in its the buyer's choice :thumb:

1) Is the cranking sound weak?

2) Does your RPM turn the whole complete round when u on your ingnition? or it stops at a certain number and then goes down again?

i'm not too sure bout the cranking yet, but the rpm makes a full cycle to it's max then resets back to 0, just like when u just turn on the ignition, it does a system check and lamp test, but my case no lamps on, needle just keeps on resetting. i've not consult any bikeshops cause i don't really have a regular one to go to..

It may look a little bit weird but definitely will save your fairings should you buang and slide. Just a question of whether you mind your bike looking a bit weird but safe for your fairings or otherwise...
