*Sigh* Was slapped $25 parking fine when there is no slot to park in my own carpark

hi guys i need help on this. i bought season parking for my car park as i stay next to the open space car park. they renovate the carpark to more car slot and remove almost 50% of the bike slot. due to the opposite block's slot is still constructing and big decrease of the bike slot, they aren't any single bike slot left. so i just park my bike outside the bike slot. i was slapped $25 fine. those people have no mercy and just summon like free. i bought season parking to park my bike the carpark but due to no slot i cant find a proper space to park. most of the bikes also anyhow park why i got slapped? why will people anyhow park when there is slots available? what should i do? and if i lost my fine ticket how do i appeal? is there any way to call and ask for my fine ticket?

from what i observed in 1 of the hdb car park, covered aka no check.

due to not enough lots for car and bike in hdb car park, cover and season outside lot also no issue de.

 

so for ur appeal first use out of slots and u r a season holder. i think this will waive liao. if this dun work then go MP for a 2nd letter to hdb/town council.

above link is for ticket issued by hdb.

 

TS is fine for parking outside lot, normally is issued by hdb lah. =X

 

with that he can find the info on the fine to make his appeal.

 

 

unless u going to say TP fine him or his car park belong to URA lor.

you can appeal and argue your point. if you have season parking for the block they should waive it off. anyway you have paid for season parking so it means that you are entitled a lot for your bike to be parked. if they are gonna renovate the carpark, they should atleast give a warning or something.

usually they would say 2 weeks but it would be earlier. i got the reply for my appeal within 1 day.

i got hdb summon for late payment of season, i went down personally n argue, they ask me write my explaination on a piece of paper then told me waived.

just go and appeal! i did that and they responded within 5 days and told be it would be waived.

as long u got season no worries. let them drag all u wan. by the time they reject. u can question their service quality by saying took so long to give an answer even to season holders and i got fine. aka from 1 fine become say them for 2 issue =)

You wrote to the hdb/town council I guess?? Go to the meet the mp session.. Say all your unhappiness out.. Seriously, when there's a pap logo on the letterhead.. It works faster..

Yeah it works faster. But the volunteers writing that appeal. Do they even listen to what we say? When we say there weren't any lots they can still say its impossible unless its for cars. And some of them their English cannot make it. I told them I parked at the curb beside the lot due to no more available lots but they can happily write I parked at void deck. In the end need to re-appeal. Up till now no reply.
