Knew about this since e day they took over cos everything was MESSY! The distributor is actually

Touratech Singapore

Vantage Automotive Limited

305 Alexandra Road

Singapore 159942

BUT they handed all e task to PML parts counter.e place mentioned above is a ***** cos NO ONE knows about Touratech when i went there! None!

I have been ordering regularly (on my own) with a waiting time of about 2 weeks max everytime but my last order took 7 weeks!(Since they took over!)

It's true that it's slightly cheaper but e hassle of going there just to place order sucks! Plus,e guy isn't very sure of Triumph's accessories because it's a BMW parts counter.Maybe there's nothing wrong with that now but surely there'll be changes soon. We'll see...

exactly.

i was frustrated in the first instance when my order was passed around. however from your experience, it seem like its worst in the past. perhaps there was improvement already now. its actually quite fast when i get to the counter now. but their email corresponse can be quite slow and need abit of prompting.

Hi all.

I am keen on the looks of 800xc over super tenere.

But need feedback on seat height on this bike.

I am a shortie by any standards at 1.65m.

Any other shorties here who rides one and any problems on handling?

Thanks!

Im 1.66m but I have no problem with seat height tat are 820cm. I had try the both the 800 & 800XC. I'm more comfortable with the 800 then 800XC as I can have more area of my feet on the ground. Whereas the 800XC tiptoe .IMHO ,Get the street version if I were u.

Basically, other than e spoke wheels of e 800 XC,45mm fork, piggy back rear shock & e OEM 30mm risers,e rest of e accessories can be purchased separately and your roadie(800) can be made to look almost similar to e XC. Have a testride so u can make up your mind on which one to get.My advice is to get e roadie as it pretty much eat up everything u throw at it.Cheers!
