I wouldn't say its really "per-hour". Your bill will state "labour charges".

IMO, it doesn't and shouldn't matter much. I was prepared for all these things before i bought my bikes.

All those fellas who make helluva noise about these charges, shouldn't be riding Beemers, and should be riding Teneres instead. :thumb:

Apologies, I was reading the thread and this comment caught my eye. Erm... Doesn't mean BMW riders or Drivers are walking pieces of carrot. If PML charges too high I will walk away. This is purely my opinion, no offense Bro.

Today, I was quoted a O2 Sensor for my F650GS $474 (w/o GST) and need to order and wait. I have the money but I am not spending on PML (don't have ready stock) when I know there are online store selling it cheaper US$232 (generic 4 wire @ US$70) and other Workshop can do replace the O2 Probe for much less or I DIY. Unless the work to be done is really difficult and only PML can do it, then the choice is clear.

I guess those making helluva noise is comparing the work done vs $$$. but I did hear that not all servicing at PML is cut throat expensive.

BigDaddy, I got my fixed up at performance but it's actually very simple to fix. Connect the Zumo to your key switch socket which you can find below the beak. Not recommended to connect direct to battery.

Hi

Just check with you why is it not recommended to connect direct to the battery. I had not problems with all my other bikes connecting directly.

I don't really like the turning off the gps when I turn off the switch. Rather I like to keep it turn on all the way and unplug it at the end of the day.
