You did not say what bike you riding.

Based on your avatar and the forums you participate in, I am assuming you are riding a F800GS [not familiar with F series bikes].

It is supposed to be a VALVE, according to

http://www.ascycles.com/Illustrated_catalog2/MicroList.aspx?id=51598&catID=13&catname=Fuel_preparation_and_control&bindName=Intake_sound_system&bindCat=13_1249

As to what it does....I have no clue at all.

Hope it helps.

Tps yellow warning light came out. Spoke to pml, most probably is due to tps batt is flat, if u want to change it, better to wait for ur next tyre change if not u r paying for double manual labor charges.

ok thks i will check with pml ..

Hi Dok, you can just simply ignore the faulty alert as long as you know your tire is not leaking. That's the problem with bikes that have too much electronics. You can ask pml to check on the problem when you service your bike next time. After some wear and tear, you will face more of such issue eg, fuel gaudge, gear sensor, etc. All the best.
