Hi Z1000 guys,

 

Hope everyone is fine. I am new to this forum and first time going to buy bike in Singapore. I am going to book Z1000 in a month after completing my TP.Help me to clarify below doubts.

 

1. Where to buy? Loois,speedway or Evershine etc.

2. Which dealer is better in terms of sales and service. (e.g. Hidden cost, spares)

3. Where to get loan? (e.g. From bike dealer or bank)

4. If bank, Give me the bank names.

 

Downpayment : 5K

Loan period : 5yrs

 

Help me on this. I am totally new. Thanks in advance.

i believe most of our z are not from evershine include mine. i also beileve quite a number of guys get from speedway or i-motoring. Their service is OK lah. I cant comment much on that. Need to save $ have to depend on how you talk & need to know abit of their sale knowledge. Bank loan or bikeshop loan also same . (just note : dun sign up with those with early settlement fee )

Just went down to Speedway,Loois & Evershine. OTR not much difference btw these sellers. Only problem is Loois & Evershine brings only special edition. Personally, I don't like that special edition mix colours. Ended with Speedway coz I like green color. Just to enquire, your model is equipped with ABS? I know the seller in Speedway mentions me all his Z1000 is equipped with ABS. How to differentiate ABS & Non-ABS Z1000?

There is abs metal plate & sensor on both your wheel for abs model. Also change steel braided hose also more expensive. There is total 7 hose up to your abs pump.

Just like what simon said physically there are raised corogated extra metal piece on the brake rotor with sensor pickup mounted on both end of the wheel. Also the ABS sticker at the front mud guard fender.

Just my personal opinion, the SE white paint portion and the rims are the most difficult to take care.

Secondly the colour scheme don't seem beautiful for long lasting look... look good for a short while only if u noe what i mean.

 

The green and black scheme look last forever my friend, which ever colour u choose u still make the right choice it's a Z1000.

Being a newbie in the big cc category, I believe I made the right choice in z1000. Been enjoying my ride since. Nimble, fast, nice sound, 'stylo', etc. SImply wonderful... Bro, i believe most of our z are all ABS model. Maybe you can try exchange or post in garage sale . Higher chance of selling it off.
