i saw the matt black, the white at loois i think is the special edition with the chrome/orange like rims..25k seems resonable..anyway when u guys buy, whats ur warranty like? and anyone go to motomatic skudai for service before?

What are the tire pressure u guys using for Gen 3 Z?

Did not like the feel with the OEM recommended pressure F36psi/R42psi on the OEM Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires.

 

Have gone down to F33psi/R38psi and felt there is better feed back and grip...though not 100% comfortable with the Pirelli.

May try and go down the pressure some more.

Nope...regrets... not for a moment... Bought the Z1000 solely for it as a capable street fighter with awesome look and performance.

 

If u want to Tour than the SX is more appropriate option or the better equipped bike so to speak(Bigger capacity fuel tank, gear ratio, panniers etc...etc...).

That is not to say u can't Tour on a Z1k... just sacrifice some comfort... Have seen plenty Malaysian Z1k rider Touring.

 

I think if not wrong some owners of Z1k have other bikes for going Touring on longer rides.
