Me. As many have said, it's not the bike, it's the butt thats sitting on it. 15/39 IMHO is the best compromise between long distance and Sg riding.

Ride safe people!!

I double that :)

Any shop to go to for that sprocket setup? Btw Ahys you have a nice windscreen, did you order from procycle?

Take the cable off from the back of the display and push the bike at same time see if the cable is turning. Prolly cable.

Guys... This is my 3rd year riding my DRZ.. Dunno why for the past few weeks the engine tends to die off (switched off automatically) when I ride beyond 75 km/h (on highway). Have brought the bike to check but couldnt find out the reason. Something must have gone wrong. Anyone encountering the same problem?

Is the engine completely off (split second) and come back again and the speedo display completely gone and flash back?

If so, Try tighten the battery terminal and check the wiring between battery get loose connection.

Guys. Some inputs appreciated. If you happen to T-bone a vehicle with the side of the bike, what are

The parts that will most probably take a beating?

Wear and tear on the ignition switch internals is the cause of this problem. You are not the first nor the last to face this problem.

Just change out the ignition switch to a new one.

Only setback is... you still need to keep the old key for the tank cap.

  • Thanks 1
