Hi All, just bought a used DRZ 2 weeks ago, trying to look for more info on this bike here.

Any idea where to convert the stock rim to tubeless & how long does it take?

Or is there any other bike's rim can be used on DRZ. TIA

Got Outex kit. But u have to source for workmanship unless u want to DIY. Saved my ass twice d. Bloody nails...

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

Get an Outex kit from Adventure Inc. SG - search for them on Facebook for their contact number. I got mine for $235 and had it installed at Ban Hock Hin for another $125.

Just make sure that your tyres are the tubeless type - look for the "TL" code on the sidewall.

Although as Ticks pointed out, getting it directly via Ebay and installing it yourself is the cheaper option.

Haha. Sorry man. Was emphasizing the mileage it gave me. I replaced my chain at around 40k with only my front sprocket deformed. Should be able to give another 30k till next set replacement.

What destroys the sprockets is the chain.

Don't expect cheap chains to last long, they will stretch and kink... and they will destroy the sprockets at the same time.

Expensive, high quality chains won't even destroy cheap sprockets.

Alot of people don't seem to understand this.

I guess so too. But due to my budget constraints and the need for a new set of sprocket/chain, thus am looking for an average pricing. Neither too high end nor too low end. Thanks for your valuable advice Mr Raptor... Much appreciated.
