Tony was supposed to install an EFI/tuner on my bike before shipping over seas. He told me that he had done the work, and I paid him just to find out once the bike arrived over seas that he had done nothing (verified by local HD authorized dealer). He just took the money. So, beware of this guy. He is a cheat and a fraudster.

Avoid Tony and let all the HD community know what kind of guy he is.
