Hey guys, time to move on after my hp loss.. sigh this is gonna eat into my bike downpayment fund

 

I am looking at new phones for sony-e k800i and O2 atom exec.

 

Got any gd quotes for it? M1 selling online with upgrading of contract at $208 and $468 respectively. (i have to add $100 to both quotes as my contract less than 21 mths currently )

 

so that is $308 for k800i and $568 for O2.

 

Steven: u r e pro here.. O2 selling at gd price? or u gt better quote? oso wad do u think of dopod 818 pro. M1 selling for 168+100= $268 for my scenario. Cheaper than k800i.. tempting...

 

 

i rather u spend a bit more get the O2 exec den 818pro.

u can consider e new model HTC-Touch (i can get it for u @ 700+ no contract)

having used both k800i and atom exec before..

i'll say.......

get the o2 flame or k810i, or simply get a lousy phone first, than wait for k850i coming in october/november

 

k800i is a good all rounder phone

pros: unrivalled camera, user friendliness, extremely smart menus

cons: video cam, often slipping camera cover

 

o2 exec is a good powerful pda phone

pros: quick processor, smart menus and very user friendly

cons: small screen, paria camera

this is an impromptu purchase la, really dun wanna take 2 much out of my downpayment fund.

 

if dopod sux then maybe i will settle for 1 of the cheaper sony-e for their cybershot. my hp was a 750i la.. so buying 800i feels a bit dumb.. juz 1 gen newer.. but 810i and above outbudget..

 

as for O2, any of the incarnations all 2 ex liao.. maybe after i get my bike then say.

 

HTC looks cool, slim oso. but as above.. no moolah..

 

n this moni was supp to be for my Wii.. now tt has to wait oso
