the seals are in your brake calipers.. ask you mech to check if they need replacement..

 

cost is abt $100 inclusive labour and brake fluid..

Full tank= 18 L

reserve = 3 L

 

 

That means when u go until 15L the meter will flash and u will left about 3L petrol left and could last u about 60KM

hi all, if the prev owner did not go LTA to approve the end can.

 

As from LTA website, it says micron and yoshi end can need to go thru approval but need to test ($50+ payable)

 

Has anyone did this b4? The prev owner does not have the end can details too.

 

Does this mean all i need to go down to any inspection centre and test e yoshi end-can without any paper documents?

hi guys, wanted to ask that the 3 holes that are surrounding the top of the tank, whereby we use to refuel our tank.......

 

does the petrol that flows into these holes goes back into the tank, or like most 2b bikes that flows out from some tubes beneath???

yup...u need to go for inspection.. but since u've got no documents, im not sure bout how u gonna do that..

inform by the inspector, u need to have the original copy of the cert (upon passing) with u at all times..

mayb they will suspect tat its a stolen pipe. coz i go down, they oso ask 4 previous owner particulars. but i say i nv bring. i onli know tat he is a malay blah blah blah. mayb u go down n ask?

If its yoshi pipe u can go to motoworld at kaki bukit bring the log card. tell them u want to transfer registerd pipe owner's name to yours. then they will prepare the neccessary documents n give u a memo to bring your pipe for inspection.

they charge admin fee @ $15=.

think u are referring to the passing switch.....its the same funtion like high beaming....

hi all,

would like to ask everybody why is it my spec 1 when start up everytime before warm up my engine will have this croak croak sound at neutral gear,

after i put to gear 1, the sound disappear and when the bike heats up, the sound also disappear.

pls advise.

Hey super4 bros,

 

I juz bought a VTEC2 last 3 mths.. N i hav this start up prob where i hav to throttle for quite sum time wen i wanna start my bike early in the morning.. If nt the engine wil juz die.. However if my engine is hot aready, there's nt a prob.. Been having this prob since i got the bike.. I juz chg my engine oil, spark plugs n oso service n tuning of my bike at Sanfu.. First, they told me my needle valve was spoilt.. So i chg for $72.. But stil the problem occurs.. De last thg de shop suspect is tat my "bar" is leaking or sumthg.. So wat shall i do? Really need yr help guys.. A newbie in 400cc bikes.. Thxs..

yes it is under fuel tank. but it is ROUND not oval. which is why vtec k&n and ver s k&n cannot be used tog. different hole
