how long must we change air and oil filter???

Stock Air filter can last for about 10k km... if you looking for performance, can change to aftermarket brand such as K&N... also can last for the same mileage, but don't need to change. Just send it for washing can already.

Oil filter should change during every alternate Engine Oil change.

While on the move, if i close throttle say at 70-80km/h and release both hands from my handle bar, after 1 sec or so i notice the handlebar starts to vibrate quite abit...at first thot is road surface so tried at another road which is smooth and same thing...but i dun feel the bike is losing balance or it moves off straight line and slant into another lane...or anything else...anyone knows? Steering cones problem?

the RPM N Meter not functioning could be due to the wireless sensor not working... pray hard that its the sensor and not the meter as the meter will cost a lot to replace.

the tack tack sound, its the shim thats causing that...

to my understanding is that the meter not working could be due to the meter being damaged or the sensor at ur engine there damaged. i am no expert on this.. think the bike shop could just plug onto another bike to test if its ur sensor at the engine there.

for the tak tak sound... i feel that its the shim wear and tear hence causing the clearance on the valve to be out hence when cold u hear the sound. when hot, metal expand, hence increasing the clearance then no sound... i might be wrong... best is still let the mech to check and explain to u... changing the shims would cost quite a bit thou.

Let me guess, your 2b bike is a wave, or something alike which shows which gear you're on.

As far as i know, there are not many bike which has built in gear indicators.

And most riders, will know which gear they are on just by feel or by reference to speed & RPM.

Then, there's always the option of putting a gear indicator which costs >$100, which IMHO, looks nicer rather than usefull.

Older models (PB1 & ver S) have fuel cocks.

Vtec onwards, they removed it and replaced with the digital fuel indicator.

CLutch in - no sound.

Release clutch - got sound

Sounds more like a clutch basket prob rather than the timing-chain tensioner or tappet shims problem to me.

But then again, what do i know.

Consult a mechanic.

Simple because it is not hot. It is by temp sensor.

ur fuel guage connection is loose/ drop out.

look on ur right hand side of the tank. u shld be able to seee some wire. plug it tog. it will be ok. else nt reachable unscrew the nut when u open u seat. it is in the centre. then lift up u will be able to access it.
