Lets say if we hit a huge rock which fell from the trucks, can we claim from them for the damage cause to my rim?

I was riding behind a truck and was about to change lanes when one of the rocks fell from the truck. Since i wanted to filter lanes i checked my blind spot and when i looked forward again it happened. So can i claim from the truck or just suck thumb?

Aren't you following the trunk too closely ?

actually the best is to call up your insurance co to ask .. most importantly did u take down the no plate of the truck?

speed and be home 5 mins early or 7 days late.

can always sue the vehicle for not securing their cargo, in this case, falling debries from truck. usually the truck will carry load from certain construction company, they are the one u have to go for.

however the driver can always say no such thing happened, the rock can come from anywhere on the road.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

Huh? Dont waste your time. Because you can never confirm 100% to the insurance company or the construction company that the rock that damage your rim came from the particular truck. Unless you have on board video that show in slow motion the rock that falls from the truck and clearly show that it hit and damage your rim.
