Thanx bro.. i went there just now..but sad result,mine is 25 blink fault and he said no point changing the knock sensor , he claims that i've to change both d ecm and wire harness (based on his experience dealing with BB)..that would cost me over a k..any input guys? should i just change d knock sensor and see d result? any of u out there ever rectify this problem..

Drago- always go for cheaper alternative, juz change the knock sensor if its ok den gd if its not then live with it. Or go the hard way, throw a k for both items. Bj and domebof the guys have been living with ks issue.

Yesterday I can't clutch in my bike while moving off. So I checked reservoir was almost empty. I top up but seems the clutch was still very near. So decided to check clutch rod as bro gs explain at pg 290.

yup there's leak at the clutch pump. Change new.

There's also another cheaper way before spending money on the knock sensor.. Check the wire for continuity(using a multimeter)..the wire for knock sensor(99 model and above is blue in colour),probe one end of the multimeter to the wire from the knock sensor and another to the blue wire near to the ECM pin..

 

This is to determine if there is open circuit in between the wires. If wire's ok then splash money on knock sensor and ecm.

Alamak..cameron soo easy..go nshw..from gp..exit at simpang pulai..after simpang pulai exit 1st traffic light turn right..then you meet another junction,turn right again..few km's climbing uphill..lots of knee dragging turns,you will see aother junction..go straight(if you wanna play corners up to gua musang)..go right again if you wanna go cameron highlands..

 

I suggest if you wanna go cameron,go on friday..coz friday and sat night got pasar malam..great food.

Genting also can but not much corners to play..except for bukit tinggi,awana and karak highway,but entertainment down there also ok ar..

 

Another place is fraser hills..great place if your into nature and peacefullness..lots of corners to play from kuala kubu till you reach the foot of fraser hills..

 

Penang also ok bro..night time got lots of entertainment,seas sports..food( oh i miss the rojak,chendol and sweet anak mami there)..as for corners,the seaside road tu batu ferringi also marverlous..

 

Dunt say GPS useless ar bro..i tour mostly use map. Still remember once on my super 4,i got lost while trying to find bukit tinggi..rode all the way almost into kuantan..end up at Balok beach (few kms away from cherating beach,kuantan)..asked a few locals for directions and i made my way back to kl..shagged..wet and have to sleep in kl for a night..

I'm going up north too in October but going to Sepang......I'm not going to watch the race but trying out Sepang track..........This is the first time going in racing track hehehe. Nak test water je. Any advise for me from BB racer riders in e forum.

Just went to Republic motor...to enquiry about selling my bike to them.

They taking in the bike 7.5k to 8k. Wat do u think of the price?

By the way my bike is 2005 FI cbr1100xx super blackbird.

 

Sadly this bike have to go soon.
