Hi guys,

 

This few days there a squeezing (eeee......) sound coming from my front tires. Feel like the tire is rubbing against the mudguard but dun think it is possible.

Felt dangerous and uncomfortable during riding.

Could nt find wats the problem. Any comment?

Could it be due to the tire pressure and wat is the recommended pressure for front tire?

Have any of the bird riders here noticed that your handlebars buzz alot, especially at certain RPMs like 3000 onwards?

 

If you've tried any fixes that made it go away could you share pls, thanks!

Try changing your balancer...... or some pp call it bar end.. meaning the 2 piece of metal at the end of your handle bar...

Thanks, I don't have one yet, but I test rode one the other day. I read reviews of the bike and thought it was supposed to be super smooth.

 

However the bike I tried (stock grips) had quite a lot of buzz coming through the bars. I just don't know if that's supposed to be normal of all inline-4 engines. I was expecting it to be very smooth.

 

There is a thread on the UK board regarding this, seems a lot of bikes became buzzy after a certain mileage, but was very smooth when new. Then I went to check out FJRs and they also have the same problem of buzziness.

 

So was thinking was this why Honda used V4s for touring machines instead of inline-4s (not much experience with inline-4 engines, only ever owned one bike with inline-4 and it too was buzzy at some RPMs).

its a norm........ try changing engine oil.... and The handle bar grip as well.. to the BMW grips...... those with parallel lines... its good for handling...

ok i'm REALLY gonna need help on the windshields...

 

 

MRA double bubble i'm using seems too low, windblast is pretty bad. Thinking of switching to a Powerbronze screen but it costs a bomb.

 

 

Any riders here currently using the powerbronze bubbles or the Ermax screens? any reviews?

huh??? MRA is 140 ... .... powerbronze is 135.... u do the math... BRUDDER!!!!! all the windshield avg 100+ leh..... unless u can find 2nd hand lor....
