Hi,

For GTS200, what is your rpm at when idling?

Rpm reaches where, then bike started to move off?

My rpm is at 1200 - 1500 when idling. When my rpm reaches 5000 then the bike started to move. Is it ok or not? If not, can it tune? Any1 care to share?

All that you've mentioned are normal. If you've read through this thread from the start, you find the same answer somewhere...

- The last time I heard abt it was ard $7.8k, not sure abt it now, but you can check with Mah Pte Ltd.

Can it travel @ 100-120 comfortably with pillion ?

- Shldn't be a problem. Even though it's top is abt 120, but my 200cc pig can make it with a pillion behind without vibration, what do you think?

Is the maintenance cost and parts cheaper than X9?

- Definitely, cuz it's made in Taiwan. But performance parts wise we're still unable to enjoy like what the Italy bikes are getting as GTS is still very new.

Hi guys! Need some advice here. Just got my GTS a couple of days back. Running in the Engine now.

How should I go about running in?

Should I:

-Keep the speed below 70km/h?

-Not pick up too quickly?

And:

How do I force a gear change in the event of going upslope and require more power?

Aprilia RS125

SYM GTS 200

Honda VFR800 (2003)

Kawasaki Z900 ABS (2017)

congrats on your new ride...

- as recko has mentioned, follow the running in method if possible. I've done mine following that.

- try not to pick up too quickly (ie. throttle hard) during run in.

- dun know of a way to force change gear. But till now throttle in smoothly works fine for me no matter wat slope

Hi, congrats on your upcoming new ride. Juz like what Mark bro has mentioned, 1000km will be more than enough. Dun feel sad that this thread is quiet, cuz most of the qns abt this bike were already discussed by the pioneer batch. Some had sold theirs, some still lovin' it, usually when there're qns then ppl will start to reply...

Take care pal! If you find that your post is taking too long to reply, take some time to read up the past few pages, most likely you'll be able to get some answers and it's good for your knowledge on this bike as well!
