AT the same time, they will ask the mechanic to double check the meter faulty or not. Then I told them, what to check? AH Lau say already the meter no use take out one. Must just change. Then they say must settle the bike problem one by one. Change the signal flasher first (signal no flashing sometimes) then let them check the meter. WTH. They think I got a lot of time to go to Bt Batok from Sengkang vice versa. I tot let the new meter come first then one time change, no need to waste my time and fuel. Guess I bo pian already. Must go to shop change flasher first and let them check what the hell is wrong with the meter lah.

 

How's ur bike bro? Also, how's you DIY project? Completed liaoz?

Doing some small improvement and tweaking will show u guys on the next outing

If they still dilly delly maybe can try going SYM "service centre" get some pointers from Kelvin :smile: he will show u how to get it done.

GTSFreak, i think the problem you have with your light i kanna before... you need to change the light connector. the last time i kanna is the signal just jam there and not flashing... so i bring down to de xing and they change the connector for me...

My also same same as u but only leaking no smoke, less then a month also(

 

After change so far so good (clock over 6k liao)

 

They told me only 1 in a few hundred will hav this problem when i ask SYM why like that , so i guess we hav about "more then few hundred of maybe 1000" GTS in SG

Hehehe. Got the hook already. Costs me $5 bucks at LAB. It has many colours with the word 'POSH' on it. But the fixing, wah sey.... Had to take out everything at the front. But at last, very good coz it's very firm and strong but this time if really break, my whole plastic below the handle will be peeled off so maybe cannot put too heavy things there. Overall, it's :thumb:

Later i bring my 'tools' go find u.. u prefer i inject Air, Water, NaCl,Maxalon, Heparin? :hungry:

Performance parts someone is trying it now so far not bad base on his feekback

anywys i have a nieghbour also riding GTS200... found out tat he fitted 2 small speakers at the grove compartment without needing any moulding. quite small speakers i must say....

 

but i haven got a chance to see/hear his IBC in action yet..

cos he work night i work day... dun get to run into each other.

mornings i will see his bike park there and when i get hm at nite... he already out liaoz...:giddy:

Anyway i am using 4" 2way, sound u hav to hear it urself. But on the hightway (low speed u may hear better) not easy to hear as speaker is pointing slightly downward (glove compartment) unless u blast like HELL hehehe.

Actually has been considering this bike for couple of mths.

 

But after reading thru the postings I am a bit worried abt the problems related to the meter and some other leakage problems. If the bike is still under warranty then shd be ok. A bit worried that if such problems occur after the 1 yr warranty period then it may be a bit of problem liao rite?
