how true is it?

My mech told me that my front fork down to much, rear suspension change till too high. and this cause my fork to be bent backwards and engine to slant downwards and off engine some oil nv flow, so he say this will be bad for engine long term. how true is it?

Don't quite understand what you mean about the type of oil.. but Frm what I heard of is that petrol may not flow into the engine when of is 1/4 full (example).. cuz the petrol is tilted to the front of the tank

what i mean is when u start the engine black oil will flow into the engine or carb right? den when you off the black oil will flow back. now my engine is slanted forward meaning some of the black oil will not flow back and stay in the engine or carb. is it true that this will cause problem for the engine? also coz my rear suspension is too high and fork lowered too much it cause my for to be bent backwards thats why my engine is also slanted. how true is it?

don't quite understand your post but common sense says don't mess with your bike's stock geometry, modding your bike for cosmetics to make it look nice at the expense of practicality is obviously not recommended.
