i need to twist it to handle bar lock then my engine just off

if i turn it to off mark it still cant off the engine ...

any advise from senior here

im not sure this mite work because i still junior but i like to explore my bike, but u try opening the front cover, take out the ignition rubber tubing, pull out the metal pin then try adjusting the ignition device..

urs run in already? if not,

try to keep ur rpm down duiring tis period.. ard 500km, change oil, use mineral or semi. then at 1000km change oil gain plus oil filter and coolant. tis was my schedule. others may be diff. i used fully syn after the 1k change.

 

after run in,

 

change oil = ard 3k to 5k

oil filter = every 2 oil change

air filter = i change to malossi filter(red filter for air box) then clean it when i feel like cleaning it.. heheheh dun keep track ar..

 

full service( 12k to 15k) sumtime pppl drag it till 18k but not advisable ar..

change belt, roller, u clip, oil, oil filter. trans oil, sparkplug. take note to check ur rollers ard 5k++.. coz mine always worn already when reach tat mileage.

so 2 roller change to 1 full service.

all tis is my schedule, so others may differ, mine 06 vxr btw.. and stock.

u mean the malossi filter for the air box??

 

FYI the air filter wont affect your fuel comsumption but it will sure work better than the orginal filter in the air box.

 

If you r toking abt conversion to an open pod filter then it is a different story

full service ard the range of 200 onwards. depend on wat u change.. diff type rollers, diff price. belt oso got a few .. 200 is more to the basic set up.. ard therelah ..

if open pod den will the fuel consumption be beta or worse? cos i thinkin of getting one lei..
