it increases the rev of your bike. it only helps at high revs when u need more power to climb or overtake. but of course in turn eat up more petrol.

Guys, I've a used IU bracket for SW which is made by Seng Kwang Metal, it is to be mounted on the center of the handle bar, so the 2 mounting holes you're seeing in the pic fits nicely to it...

 

I'm not using it anymore so those interested can PM me. :cool:

Side Track: I was wondering why u have changed from Majesty to Silverwing. To have more power (from 250cc to 400cc) or some other reasons?

Power, Love the sound of SW, Stability etc....

Majesty is a good bike... I have no regrets having it. But as i travel with pillion often and clocks more than 50km daily, i wanted to get something with more power and torque...

Don't worry, I am not saying others r no good. :)

I used to ride on 125cc and can understand why there is a need to get at least a 400cc one.:thumb:

I think most Euro SW don't want to try for fear of violating the 1 year warranty..

from wat i know, none have ever been successful. all end up making their signals work abnormally... but no issue one. after removing the mod, everythings goes back to normal.

Hmm... I really keen about getting the hazard light done...

It is definitely on the top in my list of improvement projects to be done.

*He went to my friend's shop in JB 1st. They are actually quite good in electrical. *After tat when the signals went crazy he went to a shop in singapore. But eventually took it out. *Maybe u could go find the right handlebar switches which the JDM models are using. Then follow the wiring circuits then should have no probs. Cos the JDM models originally got hazard lights. *But not forgetting the JDM models front signals are always switch on one. So the relay and wirings most likely are different from the EURO models.
